Cancellation

Any cancellation requests must be received by Monday, October 3. You will receive a refund of the full cost of your registration less $100 in administration fees. Participations who register before or after the deadline and who fail to cancel in writing by the cut-off date (October 3) must pay the full registration fee. No refund will be made for cancellations after that date. You may transmit a cancellation request by email, by fax (514-848-7133) or by mail:

Methods of Payment

Your payment must cover your full registration fees and be accompanied by the registration form for your registration to be valid. Any registration form not accompanied by an appropriate form will be rejected and returned. You can send us your registration form with your credit card information over the Web, by fax (514) 848-7133, or by cheque, through the mail to:

To register online through our secure site, please fill out the form (only for credit card or cheque payments). Payment in Canadian funds can be made by check, money order, traveler's check, VISA or MasterCard. No other credit card will be accepted. Purchase Orders are not accepted. If you believe that a payment error has been made or discount was not applied to your registration order, please fax your request, with supporting documents, to (514) 848-7133 and indicate, in detail, the payment related issue.

Program changes

Alliance numériQC, the organizer of the 2005 Montréal International Game Summit, reserves the rights to make changes in the programs and speakers and to cancel certain sessions if registration criteria are not met or if unforeseen circumstances arise. Seating to all sessions will be first come, first served basis. Come early and be sure to get a place! Recording, photographing and filming of the conferences is strictly forbidden without the written permission of Alliance numériQC.
